TCPA: Express Written Consent

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Disclosure

By checking the consent boxes on our lead form and providing your telephone number to StrongHER Method LLC, you are providing your express written consent to be contacted by StrongHER Method LLC or its designated representatives for non-emergency transactional and marketing communications under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws.

Consent to receive these communications is voluntary and is NOT required as a condition of purchasing any services or programs from StrongHER Method LLC.

You have the right to revoke your consent and opt out of receiving communications at any time:

• SMS/Text Messages: Reply STOP to any text message received from us to immediately unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular service provider plan. StrongHER Method LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including phone numbers and consent data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
